Angels Be Watching – Medical Comfort Apparel™

At Angels Be Watching, our mission is to provide thoughtfully designed medical comfort apparel that supports children and families during treatment and everyday life. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

Angels Be Watching is committed to customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Please review the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact and suitable for restocking.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and cover the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom orders or wholesale purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or chargebacks.

  • Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received. Once a refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Hygiene & Medical Use

For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn during medical treatments, hospital visits, or infusion sessions cannot be returned. We kindly ask customers to try garments on before use in a treatment setting to ensure proper fit.

Items that show signs of wear, medical use, or laundering will not be eligible for return.

 

How to Return an Item

   1. Contact Us
If your order was placed within the last 30 days, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return, and we will provide return instructions.

   2. Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) with any original tags, packaging, and related documentation.

Attach a shipping label with a tracking number and drop the package off with your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   3. Return Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. After approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange based on product availability.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
