Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is needed for a specific medical appointment or treatment date, we recommend placing your order early to allow sufficient processing and shipping time.

Shipping Time

Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (after any discounts are applied). This will be automatically applied at checkout — no code required. Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the continental United States only and does not apply to expedited shipping options.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Angels Be Watching is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Angels Be Watching is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
